1. Job description

- Track the status of any orders and control delivery time of Suppliers based on Client's production plan
- Resolve delivery issues: Late Delivery, QA Defect, Urgent Delivery
- Make settlement monthly: Checking settlement amount with suppliers & receiving VAT Invoice
- Make and remain related reports
- Note: Delivery Control Staff's job is controlling Delivery, not actually deliver items to Client. Delivery workers deliver items to Client.

2. Requirement

- Bachelor degree
- Can speak English
- At least 1~ 2 years in manufacturing Company, have knowledge about BOM, production plan
- MS Office (Especially good in Excel), Internet, email.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work.
- Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve effectively.
- Teamwork, self-disciplined
- Prefer local people (in Hai Phong).
