Team leader of Import-Export Operations / Logistics Cost Management

Responsibility : for the operation and general operation of the management of import and export activities in HP factory . 

Co-operated with sale subsidiary ( HN) import / exp Dept  for compliance  customs law.

He/She act as an intermediary in the operation, act as a bridge to control the compliance of customs clearance services of 3PL partners and ensure compliance with AEO regime conditions.

Managing logistics costs for import and export activities.

Manage and administer the operation of the Import-Export department to meet the AEO - priority enterprise regime and manage the risks of import and export taxes.

He/ She is responsible for supervising, operating, distributing work to team members, motivating and urging them to complete the assigned work and achieve the set goals. 

Develop a work plan for the whole team. Besides, it also performs the management and storage of import-export records, tracking orders and contracts. Coordinate with other related teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.

 Import-Export/ Logistics TL builds and completes the process of purchasing, forwarding and exporting, importing goods, performing transaction activities, negotiating and signing contracts with customers and suppliers. Complete all import and export procedures and documents such as purchase and sale contracts, shipping documents, import and export documents, payment procedures, delivery and receipt of goods.

In addition, they also receive, check and compare the import and export goods records with the actual quantity on the declaration during the process of making customs clearance documents and the internal ERP system.

Detail Job Description :

- Record shipments to ensure compliance with customs rules and regulations.

- Advise management on issues such as tariffs, insurance, quotas

- Allocate shipments according to the tariff coding system, track the location of shipments.

- Managing the work related to HS, CO for export goods

- Advising leaders on how to reduce taxes and tax debt.

- Prepare necessary documents for Customs, agents, suppliers.

- Discuss prices, delivery conditions, payment, packaging conditions import and export.

- Instruct employees on the work of importing raw materials and exporting goods on time. Also check daily work, make export plan, contact forwarder to ship the goods.

- Pay attention to the relevant departments to prepare and queue up on time for delivery.

- Checking and liquidating the import-export tax balance sheet.

- Track shipments and work with customers on accounts receivable.

- Report, analyze and manage logistics costs related to import and export activities

- Perform tasks assigned by superiors.
